New Haven: Yale University Press, 1955-1991. Hard Cover. Good binding. Small quarto. All but Volume 4 are first printings, Volume 4 is a second printing. Ex-library copies with usual markings. A rather unattractive, mismatched set deaccessioned from no fewer than five libraries; all with the usual library labels and stamps, discard stamps, peeled- or marked-out bookplates, etc. Vols. I and II are bound in black buckram, the remaining are in their original black cloth bindings. Vols. 3 and 8 have had the rear free endpaper excised and vol. 9 has had the front free endpaper excised; corners bumped. Despite the faults, this is a solid, serviceable set of an indispensable bibliography.
