Peter Smith:, 1963. This book was first published in 1929, this is a reprinting of the third edition, corrected and enlarged, 37 pages. "A compilation of the titles of works of fiction by writers born or residing in North America, North of the Mexican border and printed previous to 1831. The growing interest in early American works of fiction, coupled with a demand for copies of this book which has long been out of print, make it imperative that a new edition be issued at this time. Originally published in 1902, and reprinted in a limited edition in 1913, this work is still the only bibliography on a most important and interesting subject. Since the printing of the second edition, a number of new titles have been found and other corrections made. FINE HARDCOVER.. Hard Cover.
