The dust jacket is slightly soiled with the top & bottom edges lightly chipped. The head & tail of the jacket's spine have been repaired with scotch tape internally. Title & facsimile consisting of [ii] & 128 pages plus 36-page index. Very good. <p>The catalog was first published by Edward Baker in 1893. The index first appeared in the 1895 supplement to the catalog.
