This valuable reference work provides identification of Wodehouse's first editions. It also lists and briefly characterises persons and places in Wodehouse's novels and stories. This book was first published in 1970. It is now revised and expanded to include the additional works Wodehouse wrote between the original publication date and his death. Spotting and dusting to top-edge; light spotting to fore-edge and bottom-edge; d/w has sunning around spine (as usual); else a near fine copy, in a very good plus d/w, of an UNCOMMON second revised and expanded edition. Gilt embossed lettering to the spine with slight bumps to the two lower corners of the boards and a little turning in of the cloth at the head and tail of the spine. Slight fore edges foxing. Clean and tight. Dust wrapper is preserved in a fully reversible plastic sleeve. Light fading to the spine of the wrapper, otherwise minimal shelf wear. A very good copy.

In addition, for each novel or story Jasen lists and very briefly characterizes the persons and places in the work. This second edition includes a supplement at pp 255-68 which covers publications from The Girl in Blue to Sunset at Blandings. Fine in near-Fine dustwrapper, the spine of which is faded.
