Inscribed by Kaplan on the inside panel and then additionally on the front fly leaf stating "rule #810 for best fishing. A very good copy in gray cloth . Laid in is a long mimeographed piece by Kaplan with his name stamped at the base. It is a tongue in cheek describing the affliction of the sickness or condition of deep sea fishing.
