He finds the journalist murdered and coincidentally meets a young woman who attempts to recruit him into the British Intelligence. Written by Len Deighton, a British author. His publications have included cookery books, history and military history, but he is best known for his spy novels. In the original blue cloth binding. Externally, excellent with light bumping to the extremities. Unclipped dust wrapper smart with light chipping to the extremities. Sympathetic repairs to the head of the spine with tape. Sinopsis

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
