This is a signed special printing of 250 copies of which this is number 40; housed in publisher's original slipcase and with the keepsake page attached and intact. Forest green leather over boards with gilt particulars to spine and gilt particulars in compartment to front board. Pages are clean and unmarked; white bookmarker ribbon attached and intact. Text block has a few small spots of soiling. Boards are clean, bright and unmarked; corners and ends of spine bumped. Binding is tight and square. Dust jacket has light rubbing to front cover and corners. Blue paper-covered slipcase shows light to moderate soiling particuarly to rear board; rubbing to front board.
