Illustrated with colored plates from drawings by Louis Agassiz Fuertes and figures and cuts from drawings and photographs by the author. Part I: Water Birds, Marsh Birds and Shore Birds. Some rubbing to the bottom of the boards. Originally published in 1925, Part 1 is a 1928 reprint. Part II: Land Birds from Bob-Whites to Grackles. Part II is a first edition done in 1927. Part III: Land Birds from Sparrows to Thrushes. Part III is a first edition done in 1929.
