Minor tanning to pages with slight dog-eared pages throughout and mild tanning to text block edges. Boards have notable rubbing and minor bumping to corners. Soft crushing to spine ends as well. Unclipped jacket with fair edge wear and light rubbing. Small tears to the edges, corners and spine and foxing to interior.

Introduction by Rosaline Masson and Patrick Braybrooke. Pages are water stained and warped to lower margins, but the text is unaffected. Otherwise, pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. A few dog-eared corners. Boards have heavy, mottled water stains to front and rear. Otherwise, Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Mottled and dusty overall. Spine is noticeably sunned. Gilt is bright.
