Privately Printed for the Author at the Westminster Press, 1947. 1st Edition. Hardcover. NF. 1st Edition. 13.5 x 19 cm black faux leather covers with titles stamped to the front, 19 (1)pp with photographic frontispiece. The book is signed and inscribed to 'Mrs Mona Gooden' thanking her for her anthology of cat poems. 'The Poet's Cat'. Laid in are also 2 typed signed letters to Mona Gooden from the author and on the back of one is a draft of Gooden's reply. A near fine book that is now protected by a clear removable cover with just a little toning to the title. A really interesting association copy.
