NY: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1966. (1st edition with Scribner's "A"). Oversize Hardcover. GOOD+. Tight, bright, clean and square but lavender paper-over-board cover with black design and lettering has 1/2" of sun fading cross top of front cover and top and bottom of spine. The clipped dust jacket is in a protective cover , stabilizing the damaged cover which has large chips, rips and rubbing along all of it's edges. A Chinese fairy tale appropriately illustrated throughout with delicate drawings. 1.1
