Bumped on ends of spine, and on rear lower corner, cracked at ffep, but binding still tight, small smudge on bottom edge, else very good. DJ wrinkled along ends of spine, sporadic blue color transfer from boards along inside top strip, three shallow lines (1.5, 1, and 1/4 inch) imprinted along spine, six of same imprint (1/4 inch) along top edge near spine, else very good. Protected in mylar. The book was longlisted for the 2004 Man Booker Prize.. Signed by Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
