Democrat Printing Co., State Printer, 1909. Hardcover. Acceptable. Hardcover. Blue cloth-covered boards. Gilt title and design of state seal on front cover. Title on spine strip has faded. Dented tips, scraped and soiled boards. Wearing to the bottom and top of spine strip. Between front paste down and FFE is a small glued piece of paper with the following: Compliments of James E. Thomas, Member of Assembly. Age-toning to pages. Book contains many black and white photos. Bottom corner of text block is dirty. All outer edges of textblock have stains. An addendum at the back of the book, with the various counties of Wisconsin has a bit of separation near bottom of insert. Interesting bit of Wisconsin history. Sewn binding is in good condition. A minimum of twisting. 1190 pages.
