DJ protected in mylar. ; Oblong 4to, blue cloth with gilt lettering spine, boat diagram eps, DJ, 148pp. , plus illustrations & acknowledgments. Illustrated with numerous b&w photos throughout. This copy is INSCRIBED & SIGNED by AUTHOR (Duke) on title page. ; Signed by Author .
