When he spots a stranger gazing up at her bathroom window, he becomes obsessed with the idea that she is unfaithful to him. Written by William Sansom, a British novelist, travel writer, and short-story writer known for his highly descriptive prose style. In the original red cloth binding. Externally, excellent. Original unclipped dust wrapper is very smart with light shelf wear to the extremities and the odd small mark to the rear panel. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with minor age toning to the endpapers. Near Fine

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
