Cloth at upper spine edge on backside has a small (less than 1 inch) tear, and larger tear (less than 2 inches) at lower front spine edge, otherwise binding is good. Gift inscription on front free endpaper in nice sepia script. Inside pages are clean, unmarked, and lightly tanned. LO
