No internal marks. Signed by co-author Oscar Lewis on the half title. Jacket is very good with wear to spine ends and extremities, some minor running, and one closed tear to front cover. 35 illustrations. Fascinating story of San Francisco's Palace Hotel, built in 1875 and destroyed in the 1906 earthquake.
