A privately printed copy in dark blue buckram sewn binding with gold lettered spine. 374pp., Ersatz dust-jacket produced by mounting blown-up color reproductions of the covers from the Little Brown UK Paperback edition inside Brodart mylar covers. Mylar pasted to inside of front and rear boards. A very clean, square, and unmarked unique copy. Booik is fine but for wrappers being affixed to inside covers. Ersatz jacket is attractive and well executed. Near fine.. Hardcover. Near Fine. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
