A truly rare, early 18th-century Book of Common Prayer from the Church of England. Like many similar works, this book includes the Psalms of David, calendars, orders of prayers, tables and rules for devotion, and litanies and prayers. This edition, published by Thomas Newcomb, features the original leather binding, a fine piece. This huge tome was published in 1710 also contains directions on ordaining and consecrating bishops, priests, and deacons.
