Very Good. 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall. 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall. vellum on boards, raised bands, gilt lettered direct in second and fourth compartments, remainder with alternating red and blue leather onlays, with star, flower and leaf tools in gilt, covers with gilt triple fillet border, with Latin cross of red and blue leather onlays in centre, onlaid arcs above and below, gilt tooled with stars, seedheads, and radiating arrowheads, ornate brass clasp. printed in black and red, with red ruled border throughout, illuminated chromo. divisional title-pages, moir pink silk endpapers, remains of decorative label to front pastedown, gauffered edges.3 pages of endpaper to back & front. Corners slightly bumped, else very fine copy. All pages very clean. 8 illuminated leaves plus frontis.
