Printed in two columns. Griffiths 1793/11. Bound with: The Whole Book of Psalms in Metre; with Hymns, Suited to the Feasts and Fasts of the Church, and Other Occasions of Public Worship. New-York: Printed by Hugh Gaine, 1793. 166 [of 171] numbered pages + 1 rfep. Lacks title page and last pages of hymns and four page index. Not in ESTC, although noted. See ESTCW4409. Ffep with ownership inscription of Stephen Hall dated 1793. Bound in full black straight grain leather with red spine label containing title and date in gilt lettering. An excellent copy of this scarce third printing of the American BCP (after 1790 and 1791) and the first edition of the American BCP to include the ordinal.
