Rare first edition, later printing. Cover is in excellent condition. Only some slight shelf wear along edges. Binding is tight. Pages without marks, tears or foxing. B&W photos throughout. The unclipped dj ($8.95) is whole but with much wear along the front and back edges, including small tears and chips. the inside flaps are in very good condition with almost no shelf wear.
Book will be priority mailed to any domestic address.
