Large medium brown cloth hardcover with black lettering and design on front cover and spine; front cover also has paper paste on photograph of a contemporary (1900s) living room. Page with title and copyright information has been removed, so copyright date and print date are unknown. However, the book is clearly from the turn of the century. Cover has light wear plus a few scratches on the back cover. Front endpaper has name in old script and slightly soiled.
