Text with commentary by David H. C. Read printed in black, red and blue on Arches paper. Bound in gilt-titled quarter vellum over pattern paper-covered boards. The extra suite of plates are all signed and numbered in pencil by Elaine Young, and housed in a portfolio The colophon is numbered and signed by A. Heckscher. Book and portfolio housed in a solander box with gilt-titled quarter parchment vellum over blue cloth boards. Accompanied by two copies of the prospectus and an ANS by Heckscher.
