Scarce, quirky, antique tome from Edmund Shaftesbury's Ralston University. Volume 2 of the Ralston Natural College series. Edmund Shaftesbury was the pseudonym for Webster Edgerly (1852-1926) the author of numerous self-help guides and systems. Partial Contents: The Ralston Movement Cure; Music and Exercises; Conservation of Vitality; The Beautiful Minuet; Little Lectures. Also includes at rear the "Gold Form" to be filled out by the applicant to Ralston University. Illustrated with many line drawings & musical notations.
