Sobre este artículo
Boulder, CO: Self-Published, 1980 Self-Published, Boulder, CO. 1980. Hardcover. Presumed First Printing. Book is tight, square, and unmarked. Book Condition: Fine. DJ: VG; chipping and closed tears along top edge of cover; archival tape repairs to several areas. Red cloth boards and spine with gilt lettering on spine and front board with Indian drawing in gilt. 421 pp. 4ov. Written by a Michigander who first saw Boulder in 1915 on the back of a motorcycle and who later pioneered mental health services in the state. This book depicts Boulder against a backdrop of American History. It is concerned primarily with the first fifty years of Boulder, and its University, inevitably intertwined with the early decades of Denver's history, and accounts of the trails, the Indians and the stage coaches, as well as mining. A clean and very presentable copy in Brodart mylar.

Sobre Walnut Valley Books/Books by White
Walnut Valley Books is a small independent home-based business with the bulk of my holdings being of an American military nature covering everything from the Revolutionary War to the current wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. I also have holdings of books on the Middle East, the southwestern United States (New Mexico especially, Kansas related titles, Oklahoma related titles, and other regionally specialized books. All of my holdings are hand-selected to be good quality books of interest to the reader, historian, or the collector. In addition to the above, you will also find a wide range of other topics such as Medical, US History, autobiographical, biographical, sports, women's studies, and many other eclectic topics.
