Red, plain front, simple gold lettering on the spine. Presented to is filled out in pencil, there are some pencil scribbles on the title page. I have found 3 pages with small rips in them (title page, "Presented to" page, and one interior) the paper is toned. Overall good condition. Corners bumped and some minor wear, a bit bumpy, probably recovered.
