These are classic volumes for young readers from back in 1912. There are 10 volumes: Volume 1, Fun and Thought for Little Folk. 384 pages in length. Volume 2: Children's Book of Work and Play, 416 pages long. Volume 3: Famous Tales and Laughter Stories, 384 pages long. Volume 4: Nature and Outdoor Life, 384 pages long. Volume 5: Book of Nature and Outdoor Life - Part 2, 416 pages long. Volume 6: Book of Wonders and Curious Things (with Little Tasks for Girls), 416 pages long. Volume 7: Historic Tales and Golden Deeds, Part 1, 384 pages long. Volume 8 Historic Tales and Golden Deeds, Part 2, 416 pages long. Volume 9: Bible Stories and Character Building, 376 pages. Volume 10: Little Journeys into Bookland, 416 pages long. Book condition: Some are in poor to fair, others in good and one or two in very good condition as some of the volumes are not completely attached to their bindings while others are loosely attached and some others remain quite tightly attached. All have exterior wear on their corners, edges, tops and bottoms of their spines and some have front and/or back cover worn or stained areas. In reviewing the book's interiors quickly, no visible extraneous markings were seen and thus the books' printing and numerous illustrations of one sort or another are mostly all in a well-preserved and enjoyable condition.
