Philadelphia: Carey, Lea & Blanchard, [1822] 1835. A New Edition (Early reprint). Hardcover. Good. Full contemporary leather with rubbing to edges and covers, front joint loosened, but all cords are attached. Black spine label rubbed. Rear end page corner torn. Unmarked. Still bright paper with light foxing. Leather title includes " Irivings Works" and part of a set, but stands alone with no interior information indicating set numbers. Selling as-is, I do not have volume one. Inquires welcome, scans made.

Bracebridge Hall, or The Humorists, A Medley was written by Washington Irving in 1821, while he lived in England, and published in 1822. This episodic novel was originally published under his pseudonym Geoffrey Crayon.
