New York: Deitch Projects, 1999. Paperback. [20p.], perfect bound exhibition catalog, 6x8.25 inches, very good. Illustrated profusely with Kahlhamer's art, including five fold-out pages. Kahlhamer was born in Tucson in 1956 to Native American parents but was adopted by a German American family shortly afterward, and raised in Wisconsin. He moved to New York City in the 1980s and worked as a touring Punk musician before turning to visual art.
