Sobre este artículo

Garden City, New York, USA: The Sun Dial Press, 1946. Hardcover. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Reissue, the year following first publication. 238pp. In brown cloth-covered boards with black titles on spine. Fore-edge untrimmed. 8vo. Boards very gently rubbed and rounded at corners and spine tips. Scratch in cloth along spine, a few very mild marks. Lightly toned endpapers, else internally neat, clean and tight. Author's first novel, published before he became known as a leasing Hollywood screenwriter. Novel was the basis for the 1947 film noir, 'Crossfire', starring Robert Mitchum, considered one of the first studio efforts to confront anti-Semitism. Now a hard to find title.
