For a particular detail of the dimensions of the bridge; the several changes in the original plan, with the additions..the cost of the different portions of the entire structure and every charge connected with it; reference is made to the Engineer's report and its accompanying documents." 22 pp. including the Engineer's report, Table with Estimates, Petition of the "inhabitants of the city of Washington"; and Statement of bills paid by Treasury for building the bridge. Disbound. Intact. 3 pages with bottom right corner folded back. Otherwise Document is Very Good. Famous Americans in document: Levi Woodbury, Secretary of the Treasury; Geo. W. Hughes, U.S.C.E. Superintending Engineer Potomac Bridge; Peter Force, a 19th-century politician, newspaper editor, archivist, and historian; and Wm A. Bradley, Mayor of Washington, D.C. from 1834 to 1836. .
