Slight bumping to the corners and shelf wear to the bottom edges of the book. Spine somewhat cocked and there is slight fading to the extreme edges of the spine. Previous owners name on the free front end page. The dustwrapper is rubbed and faded and there is chipping to all four corners. The spine has been sunned causing fading of the writing. Chipping and increasing to the top dustwrapper edges. The dustwrapper is price clipped on the front fold over, lower right-hand corner. This is the first UK edition.
