Clean pages except for a prior owner's name on the front free endpaper and age-toning in the margins throughout; the green cloth hard cover is heavily faded along the spine and edges, the gilt titles dulled to brown along the spine, and spine ends bear small spots of fraying, otherwise sound. Jacket absent. Pulitzer Prize winner, 1935. This is the enlarged edition published in 1935, after the first edition in 1934.
Sinopsis
Bright Ambush is a book of poems written by Audrey Wurdemann in 1934. In May, 1935 Wurdemann won the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry for the book. She was the youngest person to win the prize for poetry.
