Moderate surface wear on DJ, tears on DJ edges, the bulk of the DJ survives in good order. A strip of red paper appears to have been stuck over the orange top section of the DJ and top part of DJ spine,(its been neatly, professionally done, but why its been done is not obvious, the DJ section underneath does not appear to be damaged) 1/6 net sticker price on DJ spine. Indented bookseller stamp on front free endpaper(a blank page). Previous owner inscription on a front endpaper(in pencil). Colour frontispiece illustration(which is reproduced as the DJ art). No other illustrations. Pages are foxed. Small thumb nail tears on side edges of a few pages(no text affected). Clean, tight pages. Strong binding. Blue boards with black line decoration.
