Contemporary half calf binding with marbled sides, expertly rebacked with the original spine re-laid. Spine with blind tooling between wide flat bands decorated in gilt and contrasting label. Original blue endpapers preserved. Occasional offsetting and minor paper spotting. An excellent copy of a locally produced version of a major Charities Commissioners report.
