London : George G. Harrap and Company, 1914. Cloth. Near Fine/Poor. 8" by 6". None. A uncommon, decorative history volume with original dustwrapper. Scarce in the dustwrapper. With plates throughout, the work focuses on several historical and mythological happenings in Britain's history. Contains a bookplate from Stimpson Avenue School, dated 1923. In decorative cloth binding with original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally smart, there is some minor wear and markings to the boards, as well as some shelfwear. The dustwrapper has significant loss, is chipped and in two detached pieces. Internally, the pages are firmly bound and are generally bright and clean throughout aside from some age-toning. Near Fine

Where are We?
Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
