An impressive and vibrant original wood block colour plate, hand- heightened with Gum Arabic. This print is in very good, clean condition, with just a few little spots on the plain surround. Supplied with the original text. A striking and decorative image eminently suitable for mounting and framing. [Please Note: we do not break good books for plates. Our plates have either been purchased loose or have come from books/monthly parts that are so defective or incomplete that they are irreparable).
