Very scarce second printing of "Reglamento para el Gobierno de la Provincia de Californias", under which states the laws by which Upper California was governed, until they were superseded by American law in 1850; this second printing of the "Reglamento" occupies pages 121 to 175 and was apparently unknown to Californiana bibliographers. Except for the unprocurable original edition, this was the only form in which the laws were available during their effective period. Wagner cites only the editions of 1784 and 1874; to these Cowan and Zamorano add the Grabhorn reprint.
