Novel set in Utah, telling the story of two brothers, one an honest foreman at the Townsend Glass Works, the other a slick political animal. Not listed in Hanna. The author was a prolific actor of the era, with roles including Uncle Henry in the Wizard of Oz and Grandpa Joad in the Grapes of Wrath.
