The author is an experienced pilot who has owned or flown the B-17 Flying Fortress, B-25 Mitchell, Messerschmitts, and a variety of jets. He was an advisor to the US Army, Air Force, NASA and other agencies. He is the author of over 140 books and the creator of "Six Million Dollar Man" and "The Bionic Woman." The aurhor of the Oscar winning film book, MAROONED.. 8vo. 1st Edition. Hard Back. As New/As New.

Phantom Bookshop was established in 1993 by bookman and artist John Anthony Miller and located there for eight years in Downtown Ventura at 451 E. Main St in Ventura, California. Many famous authors and celebrities signed there and was a top favorite bookshop of Ray Bradbury's. We specialize used and rare books, unusual material and signed books with an emphasis on the unique, sci fi and fantasy, first editions, scientific and medical. We also have a nice selection of high quality facsimile dust jackets done etching and engraving artist John Anthony Miller (all jackets are marked tastefully that they are facsimile jackets, printed on high quality non acidic paper using the finest inks that will last a lifetime with care). Phantom Bookshop relocated in 2000 as an internet business.
