Beautiful marbled boards and edges--but there was a spill at upper edge block near spine that has left stains at upper gutters of front matter and first ten pages of the Jan-fev issue,and occasionally at upper edges of other issues; blemish; many drawings, photos and diagrams (some fold-out, on superior unaged paper), tables, equations, etc.; binding firm. Brown boards have still bright gilt lettering on spine, but lightly bumped corners and slight rubbing at crown and foot of spine--three small puckers along spine and a small damp mark near crown.
