London: Faber & Faber, Ltd, 1945. 1st Edition. Green Cloth. Very Good/Very Good Minus. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. No Illustrations. 103pp. A first edition copy ( 1945). Gilt embossed lettering to the spine. Light bump to the head and tail of the spine and light bumps to two corners. Light fading to the spine and to the head fo the front board. Clean and tight. Dust wrapper is not price clipped and has some toning to the spine of the wrapper. There is slight chipping to the wrapper at the head and tail of the spine and a couple of tears have been expertly repaired. Light soiling to the wrapper and a scratch/ rub mark to the front panel of the wrapper. A very good copy.
