This work is set in the Belgian Congo and follows the story of a mysterious man arriving at a leper village. Graham Greene was an English writer and journalist, regarded by many as the leading English novelist in the twentieth century. He was shortlisted for the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1966 and 1967, and was awarded with the Shakespeare prize in 1968, and the Jerusalem Prize in 1981. In his novels, Graham likes to explore morality and politics in the modern world. With price clipped dustwrapper. In the original publisher's black cloth binding, with titles stamped in silver to spine. Externally, lovely with only minor shelfwear. Dustwrapper is price clipped and very smart, with slight shelfwear. Tape repairs internal to wraps, not affecting externals. Minor mark internal to wrappers spine, affecting the rear wrap. iNternally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Fine
