Brown pictorial boards with gilt lettering to spine. Boards are heavily insect damaged, with mottled mould to rear. Pagination has continued from previous volumes. Contains pages 445-914. Deckled and rough cut text block edges. Pages are moderately tanned with notable foxing to endpapers and text block edges. Water staining to upper page edges, with a pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Mild cracking to gutters with exposed netting. Binding remains firm. Occasional thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with noticeable bumping and fraying to corners, and rubbing to surfaces. Boards are heavily insect damaged, with mottled mould to rear. Moderate tanning to spine and edges.
