Hale and Roworth blindstamp to the front free endpaper. Also known as 'Crosby's Caledonian Musical Repository' and published by B. Crosby & Co for the London imprint, as per the illustrated title page. Twelve wood engraved vignettes plus frontis and illustrated title page. Frontis and illustrated title page engraved by E. Mitchell. Some of the vignettes are by Thomas Bewick. Condition: Very good. Light shelfwear. Offsetting throughout. Scattered foxing to the first and last few pages. Occasional thumbmark.
