Sobre este artículo

New York: Dodge Publishing Company, 1916. Very good plus in very good box.. Original WWI-era calendar for the modern business man with an original Parrish cover, featuring motivational aphorisms like "Be Ambitious: To rest content with results achieved is the first sign of business decay." A scarce ephemeral document of the 1910s featuring a renowned artist and inspirational quotes and proverbs. Many are directly commercial: "Time is Money"; "It is the quiet worker that succeeds"; and "The true art of salesmanship is to sell something at a price that has a profit in it." The American dream of bootstrapping in calendar form. 8'' x 6''. Collection of sheets printed rectos only, tied at top edge with original red ribbon as issued. In original box with printed new year sentiment and small corner landscape. A touch of wear and some faint foxing to leaves. Box lid a touch concave, a few short closed tears to flaps.
