Small cracks in spine. - typescript, printed on cheap after-World War II paper. - "Published under authority of 6870 District Information Control Command license number: US-E 101. - Publication date not given. - VERY RARE: WorldCat locates only 3 copies (Erlangen, Karlsruhe, Munchen), and gives 2 different guesses for the date (1946 and 1950). Clearly, in view of being published under U.S. Army authority, the1946 date seems to be much more likely.
