Sobre este artículo
Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 2010. 1st edition in soft cover format, 4to, 1343pp, card covers; this copy has a red "damaged" stamp to the reverse of the title page - naturally the stamp seems to be the only damage but then publishers and public librarians seem rather compulsive when it comes to stamps, o/w certainly VG+ Copy, most would say Fine. First Edition. Soft Cover. Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
