Red cloth, gilt lettered spine and gilt insignia to front panel, coloured map endpapers, colour frontispiece, profusely illustrated with maps, plans and photos including numerous folding maps in colour. Dust jacket scuffed with fading to spine, cello tape at spine ends, small nicks and chips. This is the 2nd printing corrected, the first being from 1962. Still the best History of Canada in WW1.
